Doing some research on Scopitones and came across this one by Procol Harum, a British rock band that contributed to the development of prog rock, but is best known for this 1967 hit. I’ve definitely heard this in some movie from the 1980s or maybe I’ve mis-associated it with The Wonder Years (ABC, 1988-1993), since Joe Cocker released a cover in 1978. Still, you have to laugh at all these “ethnic” prints and a Nehru jacket in a video for a song called “A Whiter Shade of Pale.”
